CBRE Group, Inc. in Sydney CBD is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities delivery within a Charter Hall commercial precinct.

The role focuses on staying close to operations, being visible to stakeholders, and ensuring the area is safe, compliant and performing well. You’ll manage maintenance, services, inspections, risk and reporting, working with the Precinct Manager and fellow FM to keep standards consistent across the precinct.

Competenze

• Experience in facilities management, commercial property operations, building services or a comparable environment.
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems, plant, planned maintenance and essential services.
• Experience managing contractors and service partners to agreed performance and compliance standards.
• A practical understanding of WHS, risk management, statutory obligations and operational reporting.
• Confidence building relationships with occupiers, client stakeholders, contractors and internal teams.
• An organised, proactive approach with the judgement to prioritise competing operational demands.

• Lead day-to-day facilities management and operational performance across your allocated commercial building portfolio
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance, building services and service partner performance against agreed standards
• Oversee WHS, risk, statutory compliance and regular building inspections, keeping actions visible and followed through
• Build productive relationships with occupiers, Charter Hall stakeholders, contractors and internal CBRE teams
• Manage operational reporting, budgets and service delivery measures with accurate, timely information
• Contribute to precinct projects and improvement initiatives that create a more consistent operating approach
