Job summary

JLL in Melbourne is seeking a Facilities Manager/Administrator to oversee the maintenance management system, facility operations, and service contracts for a distributed portfolio. You will coordinate with the Facility Management team, manage work orders, and liaise with maintenance technicians and third-party providers.

The role requires a university degree in FM/BSE/CRE and 3–5 years of FM experience, with strong communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in FM, BSE, or CRE.
• 3–5 years of FM or BSE experience.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making and people management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced service contracts including inspections and quality management.
• Undertake tendering procedures for outsourced services.
• Single point of management control for FM, including site engineering and soft services.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, FM Operations Manual and SLAs.
• Manage financial activities: budgeting, billing and vendor payments.
• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
• Chair FM operations meetings and vendor meetings; coordinate trackers.
