Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in operating and maintaining the Australia Post Sunshine West Parcel Facility. The role includes managing financial, technical, maintenance procurement, asset and vendor programs, and providing facilities administration in line with company policies.

You will engage stakeholders across multiple levels to exceed service delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure safe, compliant operations

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or a trade-related field.
3+ years in corporate real estate or facilities roles.
Understanding of risk mitigation and compliance in facilities management.
Superior client service and growth focus.
Self-starter with desire to develop professionally.
Knowledge of basic technical aspects of property.
Experience in front and back office processes.
Current and valid Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with occupier and client to exceed service delivery.
Assist delivery of project milestones, defects/liability, inspections and reporting.
Organise information for analysis and reporting to Senior Management.
Contribute to efficient site operations and continuous improvement.
Understand operational and technical site requirements.
Coordinate with facilities vendors and JLL PDS team.
Ensure OH&S compliance.
Promote teamwork and performance across the portfolio.
