Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a distributed portfolio. You will work with the Facility Management team to manage work orders, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and ensure service delivery aligns with client SLAs.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in FM, BSE, or CRE.
• 3–5 years of FM or BSE experience.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced service contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
• Undertake comprehensive tendering procedures for outsourced services.
• Serve as the single point of management control for FM, including engineering and soft services at the site.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate with client representatives and BMO; assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage small projects and liaise with project teams on larger initiatives.
• Carry out periodic FM inspections and address defects within SLAs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the client.
• Chair local FM operations meetings and vendor meetings.
