Job summary

Majer Recruitment is assisting a national market leader to fill an administration and customer service role at its newly acquired site in Brisbane's southeastern suburbs. The role offers a varied mix of customer interaction, administration and site operations, with convenient hours and onsite parking.

You’ll work closely with the Business Manager to support daily facility operations focused on safety and compliance, with KPI monitoring, records, reporting and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous administration and customer service experience
• Help shape a newly opened site backed by a national market leader
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset
• Commercial awareness and an inquisitive nature
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other finance/CRM systems
• Your own transport

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day facility operations and supporting the monitoring and achievement of KPIs
• Keeping maintenance records up to date and contributing to operational reporting; helping develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
• Organising maintenance schedules and overseeing service level agreements
• Maintaining working relationships with vendors and contractors
• Carrying out routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
