Job summary

The role supports the Centre Manager and Operations Manager in maintaining the centre's presentation, implementing operational systems, and ensuring safety and risk procedures. You will assist with contractor coordination, minor maintenance, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property operations, facilities, or centre support roles.
• Familiarity with WHS, risk management, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with centre maintenance, cleanliness, and asset presentation within budget
• Support implementation of operational systems and risk management procedures
• Monitor and liaise with service contractors and trades for centre upkeep
• Carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed
• Participate in emergency control and safety compliance activities
• Maintain operational filing systems and support promotional displays
