Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in facilities or property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial and building maintenance.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to liaise at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Own car and relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operation across properties to ensure safe, clean, compliant environments.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across building services (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lifts, doors).
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects and safety hazards.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs with statutory inspections.
• Coordinate contractor management including tendering, scopes, invoices and completion verification.
• Monitor utilities and seek cost-saving and sustainability opportunities.
