Capstone Recruitment in Sydney's south-west is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of non-residential base building assets and ensure reliable, safe operations.

You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager, collaborate with Property, Asset Management, Finance and Infrastructure teams, and manage building compliance, contractor performance and tenant relationships across a large precinct.

Qualifications

• Experience across a portfolio of non-residential base building assets.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance obligations including AFSS, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian Standards.
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure with attention to detail.
• Class C Driver's Licence

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-practice FM services ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes for buildings.
• Gain whole of life cycle FM experience and training from experts.
• Maintain building compliance registers, inspect contractor works, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality expectations are met.
