Capstone Recruitment in Sydney's south-west is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of non-residential base building assets and ensure reliable, safe operations.

You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager, collaborate with Property, Asset Management, Finance and Infrastructure teams, and manage building compliance, contractor performance and tenant relationships across a large precinct.

Qualifications

• Experience across a portfolio of non-residential base building assets.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance obligations including AFSS, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian Standards.
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure with attention to detail.
• Class C Driver's Licence

Our client is the owner, developer, operator of a south western Sydney precinct with industrial and large format retail facilities primarily.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, will be a key member of the Facilities team, responsible for a portfolio of buildings.

Working closely with Property, Asset Management, Finance, and Infrastructure teams, you will manage building, statutory compliance, contractor performance, and tenant relationships across a large precinct.

Maintain building compliance registers, inspect contractor works, & ensure safety, compliance, and quality expectations are met

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience across a porfolio of non-residential base building assets

Knowledge of statutory compliance obligations including AFSS, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian Standards

Class C Driver's Licence
