Job summary

Forum Recruitment partners with a values-driven organisation in Sydney's west, seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a short-term parental leave cover. The role focuses on systems, contractor management and stakeholder communication to maintain operational continuity.

You will oversee day-to-day facilities across a portfolio, coordinate reactive maintenance and contractor activity, and use internal systems to track and manage facilities work.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience dealing with trades, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Calm, organized, and proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio
• Coordinate reactive maintenance, trades and contractor activity
• Use internal systems to track, manage and follow up facilities activity
• Provide continuity and support during handover and parental leave cover
