You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, ensure assets are maintained to standards, and respond to operational maintenance needs. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication and the ability to drive service improvements within a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities, property, or asset maintenance.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing maintenance works and service delivery programs.
• Ability to interpret maintenance requirements and develop scopes of work.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for maintenance activities and asset-related issues.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance services to ensure assets and facilities are maintained to agreed standards.
• Proactively identify maintenance issues and arrange appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage maintenance requests, inspections, repairs, and minor works programs.
• Oversee maintenance works from planning and scope development through to delivery and completion.
• Prepare documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Manage and direct contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with required standards and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and report on asset condition, maintenance requirements, and risks.
• Investigate maintenance incidents, processes, and resource allocation to support continuous improvement.
