Job summary

Endeavour Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, compliance and asset management across a statewide portfolio of hotel and retail venues. You will drive uptime, manage trade contractors, and optimise the internal Facilities Management System for efficiencies.

The role requires strong budgeting skills, contractor management, and a proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving across Victoria.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Facilities Management experience or 10 years operational experience in hotels.
• Demonstrated experience in management of maintenance activities and contractor management.
• Strong business acumen with financial knowledge and budgeting skills.
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt flexible/innovative approaches.
• Knowledge and experience with Integrated Asset Management Systems (IAMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across hotel sites to minimise downtime.
• Audit asset conditions through regular site inspections and assist with complex issues.
• Drive compliance, ticket resolution, work order routing, and SLA tracking in the FMS.
• Train venue teams to log jobs effectively and manage vendor performance and SLAs.
• Monitor maintenance expenditure and assist with budgets and capex/dilapidation projects.
