Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH division seeks a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, compliance and asset management across NSW hotel and retail venues, based in Sydney with some travel.

You will drive operational uptime, manage trade contractors, oversee capital works, and maximise the efficiency of our internal facilities management system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities management experience, or 10 years in hotel operations.
• Experience managing maintenance activities and contractors.
• Strong business acumen with financial knowledge.
• Able to respond quickly to change with flexible/innovative approach.
• Knowledge and experience using Integrated Asset Management Systems (IAMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across all hotel sites to minimise venue downtime.
• Conduct regular site inspections to audit asset conditions and identify hazards.
• Drive compliance, ticket resolution, work order routing, and SLA tracking in the FM system.
• Train venue teams to log jobs effectively.
• Manage trade vendors, ensure pricing, PPM compliance, and SLAs.
• Monitor maintenance expenditure and assist with budgets, capex and dilapidation projects.
• Ensure venues meet WHS regulations, fire safety standards and building codes.
• Act as primary escalation point for Venue Managers with regular status updates.
