Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Facilities Manager based in Adelaide, SA with travel across SA and WA. You will deliver maintenance, compliance, and asset management across a portfolio of hotel and retail venues, driving uptime and overseeing the internal Facilities Management System.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Facilities Management experience and/or 10 years operational experience in hotels.
• Demonstrated experience in management of maintenance activities and contractor management.
• Strong business acumen with business planning and financial knowledge.
• Able to adapt quickly to change with flexible/problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across hotel sites, minimising downtime.
• Drive compliance, ticket resolution, work order routing, and SLA tracking in the internal system.
• Manage preferred trade vendors, ensure competitive pricing and SLA adherence.
• Monitor maintenance expenditure, assist with budgets, capex, and dilapidation projects.
• Ensure venues meet WHS regulations, fire safety, building codes, and safety measures.
• Act as escalation point for Venue Managers with regular status updates.
