Job summary

Endeavour Group, including ALH venues, is recruiting a Facilities Manager based in Sydney with travel across NSW. You will lead maintenance, compliance, and asset management for hotel and retail venues, driving uptime and overseeing a facilities management system to optimise operations.

You will manage trade contractors, budgets, capex, safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement to support venue teams and ensure high service standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities management experience or 10 years operational hotel experience.
• Experience managing maintenance activities and contractors.
• Strong business planning and high-level financial skills.
• Flexible and innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
• Knowledge and experience with Integrated Asset Management Systems (IAMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across hotel sites to minimise downtime.
• Audit asset conditions, assess repair quality, and assist teams with complex issues.
• Drive compliance, ticket routing, and SLA tracking in the internal system.
• Train teams to log jobs effectively and manage vendors with SLAs.
• Monitor maintenance expenditure and assist with budgets and capex.
• Ensure venues meet WHS, fire safety, and building codes.
• Act as escalation point for Venue Managers and staff with regular updates.
