Public Sector People is seeking a Facilities Manager for a 27-storey mixed-use residential building in Perth CBD. You will lead day-to-day facilities operations, coordinate maintenance and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance across social, affordable housing and SDA units.

Reporting to the Corporate Assets Manager, you will help prepare the asset for opening, establish maintenance processes and maintain accurate asset records while collaborating with Housing Officers and the

Competenze

• Experience in facilities or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, maintenance and contractor management.
• Experience coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance and defect management.
• Current driver’s license is required.

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations of a 27-storey residential building in Perth CBD.
• Coordinate maintenance, manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
