Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to lead day-to-day facilities operations at a major Perth-based asset. You will oversee on-site coordination, manage contractors, and ensure safety compliance while supporting financial administration and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week with after-hours and 24-hour on-call responsibilities, working closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate facilities role.
• Proven ability to meet client needs within deadlines.
• Proficient with facilities management systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day delivery of facilities function on site.
• Contractor management and safety compliance.
• Support KPI reporting for the BHP contract.
• Liaise with landlord and stakeholders in monthly meetings.
• Process work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Support governance and supplier performance reviews.
• Deliver safety trainings as required.
