Programmed Facility Management in Perth is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of the WA Housing maintenance contract across the Southern Region. Based in Perth, this pivotal leadership role drives operational performance, client satisfaction, safety outcomes and financial results across a diverse portfolio of housing maintenance services.

You will lead a team of operational and administrative personnel to ensure maintenance and project works are delivered efficiently,

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale maintenance, facilities management, housing or service delivery contracts.
• Proven ability to drive performance, safety and financial outcomes.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across the contract to deliver maintenance and project services.
• Lead, coach and develop Area/Branch Managers and teams to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a key contact for operational matters.
• Drive service delivery performance to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
• Oversee contract profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
• Ensure effective management of subcontractors, suppliers and workforce resources.
• Champion a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
• Support tender submissions, pricing activities and contract development.
