Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. Kiama-based part-time Facilities Manager role offers true ownership of a retail asset across just 10 hours per week. You report to CBRE's Property Management team and act as the primary FM contact to keep the property well-maintained, compliant and running smoothly.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage contractors, ensure WHS compliance, maintain asset registers, liaise with tenants, and produce regular reports using CBRE's FM systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated FM experience across retail, commercial or mixed-use property.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and essential services requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors to clear performance standards.
• Strong communication skills with confidence managing tenant and client relationships.

Based in Kiama, this part-time Facilities Manager role offers genuine ownership of a retail asset across just 10 hours per week. Reporting into CBRE's Property Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day FM delivery, ensuring the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating at it's best.
