Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead FM operations across a diverse Perth portfolio. Based in the CBD, you will oversee risk, compliance and contractor management while traveling to assets across Perth's northern suburbs.

You will work alongside a Facilities Coordinator and a Centre Manager who support different parts of the operation. This role is perfect for an experienced FM professional who can operate autonomously, manage budgets, and deliver strong client reporting for a premium

• Drive centre operating budgets and minor/capital works programs.
• Deliver client reporting and maintain relationships with IFM Investors and local communities.
• Collaborate with Facilities Coordinator and Centre Manager to ensure consistent outcomes.

CBRE manages this retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for a Facilities Manager who wants genuine accountability across a diverse, multi-site Perth portfolio. You'll be based out of our CBD office and lead FM operations across a varied mix of assets in Perth's north, working alongside a Facilities Coordinator and a Centre Manager who each support different parts of the operation.

Perfect for a Facilities Manager who wants to run their own race on-site, work across a genuinely varied portfolio, and partner with a client that values quality FM.

In this role, you will:

• Own risk, compliance and HSE programs across all centres, including audits, incident reporting and emergency response planning


• Manage contractors and vendors, covering preventative maintenance schedules, contracted KPIs and procurement processes


• Drive centre operating budgets and manage minor and capital works programs


• Deliver accurate client reporting and maintain strong relationships with IFM Investors, local councils and the wider community


• Work alongside the Facilities Coordinator and Centre Manager to deliver strong, consistent outcomes across the portfolio

About You

You're an experienced FM professional who is comfortable running a multi-site, varied portfolio with autonomy. You know how to manage contractors, navigate compliance, and build strong client relationships, and you're ready to step into a role where you're genuinely accountable for outcomes.

• Demonstrated FM experience, ideally in retail, commercial or mixed-use property


• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills


• Solid understanding of compliance, HSE and relevant legislative requirements


• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating well with a broader on-site team


• Full driver's licence and willingness to travel to portfolio sites
