CBRE Group, Inc. in Melbourne seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-format retail assets, based at Springvale Homemaker Centre and supporting sites in Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes and Bendigo.

You will manage facilities operations and drive operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day includes contractor management, maintenance programs, capital works budgeting, site inspections, and risk and WHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally within retail or commercial property
• Experience managing service contractors, maintenance programs and building operations
• Strong understanding of compliance, WHS and risk management obligations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several sites
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

• Manage contractor performance, maintenance programs, capital works, and operational budgets to optimise asset performance

• Conduct regular site inspections and collaborate with appropriate and relevant stakeholders to identify and implement operational improvements

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-format retail assets for a key national client. Based at Springvale Homemaker Centre, and supporting sites in Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes and Bendigo, you’ll manage facilities operations and drive operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfaction.
