Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Brisbane is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a premium industrial portfolio. You will work closely with clients, occupiers and service providers to maintain high standards across assets.

You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure WHS and compliance requirements are met while delivering exceptional operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Facilities management experience across industrial, commercial, retail or similar asset classes.
• Strong contractor management and service delivery experience.
• Working knowledge of WHS, compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets, reporting and financial performance.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and building meaningful client relationships.
