This hub-based role provides hands-on exposure to a portfolio of premium commercial assets and the chance to learn from experienced site-based FM colleagues. You will contribute to daily operations, coordinate maintenance, engage tenants and contractors, and build broad FM knowledge through mentoring and development pathways.

Based in Brisbane, this hub based role offers hands on exposure across a portfolio of premium commercial office assets and the chance to learn from highly experienced site based FM teams.
This is a genuine learning role, well suited to someone with FM, property or trade experience looking to step up, as well as those bringing strong transferable skills from adjacent industries such as hospitality operations, customer facing trades, retail operations or building services.
You’ll build broad FM exposure quickly through variety, mentorship and a structured development pathway.
Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a trade is ideal. We are equally open to candidates bringing strong transferable skills from a customer focused, operational or services background
