The Montessori School Kingsley is seeking a dedicated Facilities and Grounds Officer to maintain the grounds, facilities and safety standards across the school site. The role requires hands-on maintenance, gardening, and proactive task identification to keep classrooms and common areas well presented.

You will work independently and with staff to implement the maintenance plan, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, visitors and colleagues while respecting Montessori

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds and facility maintenance.
• General building and garden maintenance skills.
• Ability to operate maintenance machinery safely.
• Knowledge of grass maintenance, irrigation, and native plant care.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.
