Qualifications

• Significant experience leading facilities management, maintenance operations or building services teams.
• Experience managing large multi-site portfolios across regions.
• Strong contractor and vendor management expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with mentoring teams.
• Sound financial management including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, workplace safety and building services operations.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery.
• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of maintenance and facilities services across a national portfolio.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team responsible for coordination and service delivery.
• Oversee contractor performance across mechanical, electrical, fire and general building services.
• Ensure maintenance programs are delivered in line with operational requirements, compliance obligations and service standards.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasting, reporting and cost-control initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service outcomes.
• Develop facilities management policies, governance frameworks and operational procedures.
• Monitor compliance across essential services, workplace safety and building operations.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to support business operations and the employee experience.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facilities function.
