A rare opportunity has become available to join a respected property owner in a hands Facilities Coordinator role supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail assets. The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with senior property leaders across a portfolio of site helping ensure buildings are safe, compliant, well‑maintained and consistently presented to a high standard. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating day‑to‑day facilities operations across a busy commercial, industrial and retail portfolio
- Attending sites for inspections, audits, contractor coordination and maintenance follow‑up
- Managing reactive maintenance: raising work orders, engaging contractors, arranging access and ensuring quality outcomes
- Supporting preventative maintenance programs across HVAC, fire, plumbing, electrical, solar, emergency lighting and essential services
- Assisting with make‑good reviews, lease obligations and tenancy maintenance requirements
- Preparing scopes of work, sourcing quotes and recommending contractors
- Maintaining contractor compliance (inductions, insurances, permits, SWMS) and documentation
- Supporting capital works, minor projects and building fabric upgrades
- Administering FM systems, updating property/asset information and ensuring accurate records
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, budgeting and cost tracking
- Providing clear communication to tenants and stakeholders on timeframes and outcomes

About You
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities, property, building services or similar
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident coordinating contractors and managing competing priorities
- Good attention to detail, follow‑up and organisational capability
- Comfortable using FM maintenance systems (Maximo, Urbanise, Manhattan etc.)
- Positive, practical, proactive and eager to learn
- Current driver’s licence required for site travel
