Michael Page Australia is seeking a Workplace and Facilities Manager for a permanent role based in Sydney. The role oversees day-to-day operations of workplace and facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of maintenance, repairs, and services across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and implement sustainable practices while driving workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, ideally in retail.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model.
