Scentre Group seeks an experienced Commercial Facilities Manager to lead the facilities teams across three premium Sydney CBD assets. You will oversee safety, sustainability, tenant experience and asset performance, partnering with Asset Managers to deliver operational excellence.
Based in Sydney, you will manage budgets, lead a high-performing team, drive lifecycle planning and capital works, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards to protect and enhance value across the portfolio.
Your opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities teams across a portfolio of three premium Sydney CBD commercial assets: 85 Castlereagh Street, 77 Castlereagh Street, and 100 Market Street.
You will be the Facilities department lead for the Sydney CBD Commercial Team and will oversee the operational performance, safety, compliance and sustainability outcomes and tenant experience across these three assets. You will be partnering closely with three dedicated Asset Managers and key stakeholders to deliver premium building operations, foster vibrant tenant communities, and maintain excellence in asset performance.
You bring a well-rounded blend of commercial asset experience, technical capability, and operational insight that positions you to excel across a high-performing CBD portfolio.
