The successful candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and implement sustainable practices while driving workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, ideally in retail.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
• Ability to lead and coordinate projects effectively.
• Commitment to sustainable and efficient practices.

• Manage day-to-day operations of workplace and facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for facilities and workplace operations.
• Implement and maintain sustainable practices in facility management.
• Monitor and improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Provide support for office relocations, renovations, and other projects as needed.
