Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily operations across our outlets, including Room Service, La Boca Restaurant and Conference & Events. You will lead and train the F&B team, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires previous F&B experience, supervisory skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualificações

• Previous Food & Beverage experience in hospitality settings.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train and support F&B team during daily operations.
• Assist F&B management with day-to-day operations.
• Allocate duties and coordinate team shifts for efficient service.
• Brief team on daily operations, promotions and service requirements.
• Provide hands-on F&B service across hotel outlets.
• Maintain outlets prepared and compliant with hotel standards.
• Promote upselling to support revenue goals.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with stock control and stock levels.
