Qualifications

• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table and event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting.
• Confident communication with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork.
• Adaptable across diverse F&B settings and schedules (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/state/territory.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with the team and motivate others to achieve exceptional results.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere where each moment becomes a memorable dining experience.
• Upselling to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Translate challenges into opportunities and maintain product knowledge.
• Proactively source information to increase knowledge of offerings.
