Qualifications

• Flexible across schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the respective country/state/territory.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn moments into memories for guests.
• Convert challenges into opportunities with positive, proactive problem-solving.
• Elevate dining with personalised F&B suggestions at outlets and events.
• Upsell to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.

• Prepare and conclude service areas with pride during setup and pack-down.
