Job summary

Sydney Zoo in Western Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee service quality, hygiene standards, and workflows to ensure smooth operations across outlets, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, at least five years in customer service, and supervisory experience, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a supervisory position.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Desirable RSA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Food & Beverage staff and ensure high service standards.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment and adhere to WHS policies.
• Lead by example and manage team under pressure to deliver guest satisfaction.
