Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and mentor F&B teams across venues at our entertainment destination in Pyrmont/Darling Harbour. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting the leadership team with training and development.

You will oversee F&B Attendants, ensure RSA compliance, and drive efficient operations to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a similar role, managing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Strong understanding of RSA compliance and safety standards.
• RSA Certificate holder.
• Proven record in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and assist leadership with training and development.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to maintain high standards.
• Ensure guest experience is professional, hospitable, timely, and efficient.
• Set daily performance objectives for all team members and manage service flow.
• Recommend actions to maximise revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
