Job summary

Novotel Sydney City Centre is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a skilled hospitality team on a rotating roster in a busy hotel setting. You will oversee service delivery, ensure menu knowledge and dietary requirements are respected, and drive guest experiences that surpass expectations.

Qualifications

Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
All round Food & Beverage knowledge including barista & bar skills.
Leadership and strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
NSW RSA valid.
Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service for all guests.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to menu knowledge and dietary requirements.
Provide guests an experience that exceeds expectations.
Balance daily activities with cash/charge summaries.
Implement on-the-job training for colleagues.
Build strong interdepartmental relationships in the hotel.
