Job summary

Alivio Tourist Park Canberra is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, leading and motivating staff during service, and ensuring high standards of service, presentation and efficiency.

You’ll take responsibility for shifts, training, order taking, serving and bar operations, while maintaining barista skills, customer focus and a calm, can-do approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Barista experience is advantageous.
• Customer-focused approach with calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets
• Leading, supporting and motivating team members during service
• Coordinating shifts, delegating tasks and assisting with staff training
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service and resolving guest concerns
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing coffees and operating the bar
• Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and food safety standards are maintained
• Assisting with stock control, replenishment, payments and end-of-day procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming workplace
