Job summary

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is seeking a lead F&B supervisor to manage cafe and function/activities centre operations. You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, and uphold high guest service standards in all F&B outlets.

You will be preparing and serving beverages, cocktails and more, while coordinating rostering, stock, and OH&S compliance to deliver a premium guest experience at the park.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with guest service at the forefront.
• Leadership and ability to supervise F&B staff.
• Knowledge of OH&S and compliance in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service consistent with the park's SOPs.
• Greet guests on arrival and deliver consistent guest service.
• Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of Big 4 Gold Coast Holiday Park facilities.
• Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol is maintained.
• Assist in rostering staff in line with budget.
• Be involved in stock ordering and par levels.
• Ensure daily checklists are completed and signed off.
• Comply with OH&S policies and identify safety issues.
• Maintain product quality and control costs.
