Mercure Perth on Hay is seeking a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead on the floor and deliver exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will motivate the team, maintain high service standards, and represent the HEARTIST ethos in daily operations.

Reporting to the F&B leadership, you will recruit, train, and mentor new team members while ensuring smooth service during peak hours and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience.
• Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
