Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to travelers and exceeding their expectations.
• Provide friendly, genuine service throughout the full food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveler in mind.
• Understand traveler requirements and deliver service excellence to ensure travelers relax for a great travel experience.
• Assist with bar operations if required.
• Be an approachable and confident Supervisor by supporting the waitstaff.
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travelers to enable future bookings.
• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel part of the Four Points team.
