Job summary

Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant for Ivy & Jack Restaurant on a part-time basis. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare beverages including coffee, while serving food with care in a busy city venue.

Join a vibrant team that delivers memorable guest experiences from breakfast to dinner. RSA, Food Safety certs, and a police clearance are required, with a competitive hourly rate and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage or bar service role.
• Availability across a 7 day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
• Current RSA and Food Safety Certificate.
• Current police clearance (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Holiday Inn promise of “Making Guests Smile” by creating genuine, warm, and memorable guest experiences.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Prepare beverages - including quality barista-made coffee - plus alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Serve food professionally and efficiently.
• Highlight specials and promotions.
• Provide meal and beverage recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide smooth, consistent service.
