Job summary

RACV Goldfields Resort in Creswick, Victoria, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across our award-winning resort, including restaurant, bar, and busy conference calendar.

You will drive exceptional service, lead high-performing teams, and collaborate with regional producers to showcase local produce and signature dining experiences. RSA-certified and hospitality qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage within resort, hotel or conference venue.
• Proven banquet and events operations expertise and multi-event management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to build a motivated, high-performing team.
• Lead F&B delivery for conferences, events, weddings and functions with optimal service.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to design menus, costing and tastings for events.
• Drive Health, Safety & Compliance and sustain RACV standards across all outlets.
