Job summary

RACV Goldfields Resort in Victoria’s Daylesford/Ballarat region seeks a part-time Food & Beverage Team Leader for a 20-hour week. You will guide a skilled F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences, across conferencing, bar and restaurant operations, while modelling hospitality excellence.

• Experience leading F&B teams in conferencing, bar and restaurant operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak periods.
• Full working rights in Australia.

A day in the life

You’ll be an integral part of our F&B operations as you use your incredible management skills to lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.

We’re looking for someone with experience in conferencing, bar and restaurant operations who is adaptable and has a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a leader, you’ll help set the standard by demonstrating a passion for hospitality and the drive to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

• Previous experience in Conference and Events is highly desired

• A valid Victorian RSA
• Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate your team
• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Year are essential)
