EY is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist in Parramatta CBD to manage overdue accounts for Australian institutions. You will conduct inbound and outbound calls to negotiate repayment plans, using skip tracing tools and maintaining accurate records within strict compliance.

Customer Relationship Specialist – Parramatta

Location: Parramatta CBD

Salary: Base Salary + Super + Earn Uncapped Bonuses

Contract Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM (no weekends or late nights!)

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from Australian institutions
• Contact customers via inbound & outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances
• Use modern tools and systems and apply skip tracing techniques to locate and support customers
• Work with customers to understand their situation and negotiate realistic repayment solutions
• Maintain accurate records and operate within strict compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Build rapport while handling sensitive financial conversations professionally
• Work towards achievable targets in a supportive, team-driven environment

Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Emotional intelligence/empathy when dealing with customers
• Resilience – you can handle challenging conversations in high volume call centre environment
