Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for a Parramatta-based role with a Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, no weekends or late nights, and comprehensive training including a nationally recognised Cert III in Financial Services.
You will contact customers with overdue accounts, understand circumstances, negotiate repayments and support positive business outcomes while developing strong communication and financial services skills.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayments. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.
