Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our Ballarat region team. You will provide in-home and community-based support to help clients live independently in their own homes and communities.

This Expression of Interest outlines roles, flexible hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Mon–Sun), and a pathway to permanent part-time positions with competitive hourly rates, travel allowance, and benefits such as Perkbox access and induction training.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care.
• Current Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC.
• Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

What a day can look like

• Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
• Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable
• Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care
• Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same

What you’ll bring
