integratedliving Australia in Rockhampton QLD is expanding its team of Support Workers. We offer permanent part-time roles and casual shifts, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, across the Rockhampton region, supporting clients to live independently at home.

Join a caring team delivering personal care, domestic tasks, transportation assistance, and health appointments. We provide 12% super, travel allowance, salary packaging, Perkbox discounts, induction and ongoing training, and

• Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards it; roles also available with no qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care and medication.
• Assist with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, or meal preparation.
• Help with grocery shopping or medical appointments.
• Adapt daily activities to meet each client’s needs.

What a day can look like

• Start your morning supporting a client with personal care and medication
• Assist another client with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, or meal preparation
• Head out for grocery shopping or medical appointments, helping clients stay independent
• Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs—no two days are ever the same

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it (roles also available with no qualification)
• Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Current Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

What we offer

• Permanent part-time roles: $34.42 – $36.23 per hour + 12% super
• Causal positions is also available if you are looking for extra hours!
