Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our Gosford-area team, helping clients stay independent at home and in the community.

You’ll provide personal care, meals, shopping help, companionship and support clients to reach personal goals.

We offer permanent part-time roles, $34.42–$36.23 per hour plus 12% super, $1.05/km travel allowance, and flexible hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or be working towards your qualification.
• Current WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks.

Every client is different, and every day brings something new. You might:

• Support with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks

• Encourage independence and support clients to achieve their personal goals

What we’re looking for

Most importantly, you’ll bring compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

You’ll also have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or be working towards your qualification
• Roles may also be available for candidates without a formal qualification
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Current WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks
