Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care.
• Current Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC.
• Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Start with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, laundry, meals, home comfort.
• Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
