Job summary

integratedliving Australia is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team across Warragul/Drouin to Mowell/Traralgon in Victoria. This permanent part-time role offers meaningful community and in-home care, helping clients live healthy, independent lives.

You will provide personal care, assist with domestic tasks, accompany clients to appointments, and tailor each day to individual needs. Benefits include competitive hourly rates, travel allowance, salary packaging, induction, and career

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping others.
• A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or working towards it; roles available with no qualification.
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC are required.
• Current Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Start your morning supporting a client with personal care and medication.
• Assist another client with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, or meal preparation.
• Head out for grocery shopping or medical appointments, helping clients stay independent.
• Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs—no two days are ever the same.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it (roles also available with no qualification)
• Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Current Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

What We Offer

• Permanent part-time roles: $34.42 – $36.23 per hour + 12% super
• Causal positions is also available if you are looking for extra hours!
• $1.01/km travel allowance + work mobile provided
