Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking caring Support Workers to help clients live independently at home across the Cairns region. You’ll provide personal care, assistance with daily tasks and community outings in a client-centered, respectful manner.

This is an expression of interest for permanent part-time and casual roles, with benefits including salary packaging, travel allowances and a supportive team offering a six-week induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Working with Children Check.
• Police Check/NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Helping with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments.
• Supporting clients to get out and about in their local community.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality, person-centred support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or be willing to work towards it
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
